This policy explains what personal data Merakï collects when you visit merakilabelled.com, shop with us or contact us, why we collect it, and what rights you have. We keep it as short and plain as we can.

1. Who we are

The website merakilabelled.com is run by MERAKI Limited L.L.C., unique identification number (NUI) 812114487, Rr. Qamil Hoxha, Prishtinë 10000, Kosovo (“Merakï”, “we”, “us”). We are the controller of your personal data. For any privacy question, write to [email protected] or call +383 49 847 555.

2. What we collect

Orders: name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number, the products you buy and your order history.
Account: if you create an account, your login email, password (stored encrypted), saved addresses and wishlist.
Payments: card payments are made on the secure payment page of our partner bank. We never see or store your full card number.
Messages: what you send us through the contact form, email, phone, WhatsApp or social media.
Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up to the Merakï Circle.
Browsing data: IP address, device and browser type, the country you choose in the country selector, and pages viewed, through cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

3. Why we use it

To take, ship and support your order (performance of a contract).
To answer your questions and handle exchanges, damage and warranty claims (contract / legitimate interest).
To show prices and shipping for your country (legitimate interest).
To send the newsletter, only if you asked for it. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email (consent).
To understand how the site is used and to measure our ads, only with your consent to analytics and marketing cookies (consent).
To keep the site secure and stop spam and fraud (legitimate interest).
To keep invoices and accounting records as the law requires (legal obligation).

4. Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share only what is needed with:

Couriers that deliver your order, such as DHL Express and local couriers in Kosovo, Albania and North Macedonia.
Our partner bank and its card processor, to process card payments.
Our hosting, email and website service providers, who process data on our behalf.
Analytics and advertising providers such as Google and Meta, only if you accept those cookies.
Public authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of these providers are outside Kosovo or the EU. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

Order and invoice data: as long as Kosovo tax and accounting law requires.
Your account: until you delete it or ask us to.
Messages: up to 24 months after the conversation ends.
Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information and Privacy Agency of Kosovo, or to the data protection authority in your EU country.

7. Security

The site runs over HTTPS, passwords are stored encrypted, and access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to serve you.

8. Children

Our shop is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
