Final Sale Items
All items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, with the following specifications:
• Accessories: All accessory purchases are final sale.
• Bags: All bag purchases are final sale.
Size Exchanges
We understand the importance of finding the perfect fit. Therefore, we offer size exchanges for specific items:
• Blazers and Skirts: If you require a different size in blazers or skirts, you may exchange these items for an alternative size, subject to availability. Please note that exchanges are limited to size adjustments only and must be initiated within [number of days] days of purchase.
Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact our customer service team within seven (7) days of purchase. Provide photographic evidence of the damage along with your proof of purchase. Upon verification, we will arrange for a return and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Warranty for Leather Bags
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our leather bags. Each leather bag comes with a one-year warranty against defects resulting from artisanal faults. If your bag experiences such issues within a year of purchase, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all exchanges, returns of damaged items and warranty claims.
• Condition of Items: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items for size exchanges. In the case of approved warranty claims or returns of damaged items, will cover the return shipping costs.
