Merakï Shipping Policy

Merakï uses DHL Express for shipping.

SHIPPING

After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Tracking numbers are provided once items are dispatched, and we monitor deliveries for a smooth experience.

LOST PACKAGES

If undelivered and returned to us, a full refund (excluding shipping) is issued based on USPS claims. If marked as DELIVERED by USPS but not received, contact your local post office for assistance. No refunds are given for delivered orders.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers must provide the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for refunds or replacements due to incorrect addresses.

CUSTOMS FEES

Customers are responsible for customs duties and clearance fees. Refusing to pay customs fees results in charges for return delivery. Abandoned packages due to refused customs fees are not eligible for refunds.
