These terms apply to every order placed on merakilabelled.com. By placing an order you accept them, so please read them before you buy.

1. About us

This shop is run by MERAKI Limited L.L.C., unique identification number (NUI) 812114487, Rr. Qamil Hoxha, Prishtinë 10000, Kosovo. Contact: [email protected], +383 49 847 555.

2. Products

Many Merakï pieces are made by hand from natural materials such as raffia, leather, linen and natural stones. Small differences in colour, texture and size from the photos are part of handmade work, not a defect. Screen colours can also vary. If you are unsure, ask us before ordering.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where it applies. Prices can differ by delivery country, and the final price is set by the shipping address you enter at checkout. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we will contact you before processing the order.

4. Orders

After you order, you receive an email confirming that we received it. The contract is made when we confirm and ship your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the payment fails; in that case you get a full refund.

5. Payment

We accept card payments on the secure payment page of our partner bank, and cash on delivery in Kosovo, Albania and North Macedonia. Card payments are charged when you place the order.

6. Delivery

Delivery areas, costs and times, and free pickup at our Prishtinë boutique, are in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you when the order is delivered. Import duties outside Kosovo are paid by the customer.

7. Exchanges, damaged items and warranty

Bags and accessories are final sale; blazers and skirts can be exchanged for size; damaged items and our 1-year leather bag warranty are covered as described in Returns & Exchanges.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Merakï name and logo, photos, designs and text, belongs to Merakï or is used with permission. You may not copy or use it without our written consent.

9. Liability

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as courier delays, customs or natural events. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it, except where the law does not allow this limit.

10. Personal data

How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. If something goes wrong, please contact us first: we will do our best to solve it. Disputes go to the competent court in Prishtina, without affecting any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
